Main Terrace:

When entering the house, you will pass a beautiful sea view terrace with a stone well overlooking the Bay of Marina Piccola, where you can enjoy the movements of the little boats and the yachts during day and night. The terrace is furnished with a circle shaped sofa with a round table in the center. The setting is indeed very charming and unique.

Ground Floor:

The apartment is designed in a minimal style; from the terrace in front of the house, one enters the dining room with a dining table seating 6. Spacious living room with a big circle shaped sofa and two smaller sofas around a table.  Air conditioning, large flat screen TV and fireplace.  There is also a kitchenette with a dining table seating 6.

The kitchen has an oven, a 5 range gas stove top, a dishwasher, electrical coffee machine, juice presser, washing machine, and ironing facilities.

The terrace is ideal for dining outside and is furnished with a ceramic top table and 6 iron chairs. Pizza oven. Outdoor living areas with sofa and 2 couches and a small table with garden furniture and a patio umbrella.

First Floor:

20 steps lead up to the first floor where the spacious double bedroom with a king size bed is located; wooden wardrobe, AC, flat screen TV. The room has a large panoramic window with sea view facing the Bay of Marina Piccola and a balcony opens onto a terrace where lounge chairs and a small table allow you to relax and enjoy the views. En-suite bath with jacuzzi shower and bathtub and a large mirror.

Second bedroom with a French bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi shower box. The second bedroom does not have sea views. Safe box.

Access:

Access to the apartment is up a flight of 25 steps leading down from the main gate, which leads out onto Via Tragara.
