The wall decoration consists of beautiful paintings which represent allegorical illustrations, cherubs, flowers, arabesque and plant elements. In this district there are streets full of shops, delightful restaurants and within a few minutes walk it’s possible to reach the most important monuments of Florence.

ACCOMODATION

Apartment on one level in modern style ( 94 sq.mt – 1011 sq.ft) can host up to 4 people and it has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. As soon as you enter you will find the living room with sofa and flat screen TV. This area is meant for relaxation and has double glazed windows that offer a breathtaking view of the square. In the living room you will also find the dining room furnished with a table for 4 people and the modern well-equipped kitchen.
On the left of the living room is the first frescoed bedroom, with double bed (160cm wide, splittable). Next you will find the first bathroom with bathtub.
Going back to the small corridor on the left you will find the second bedroom with double bed (160cm wide, splittable), with its en suite bathroom with shower.

Independent heating
Air conditioning: one split for each bedroom, two in the living/dining room.
Gym: the building offers a fitness room, equipped with cyclette, stepper and tapis-roulant.

PARKING
Florence city centre is a ZTL zone which means a “limited traffic zone” and therefore special rules apply to when you can enter this area. This particular apartment is in fact located within the ZTL zone so this means that if you are thinking of coming to Florence by car and wish to drive around and park, then you will need to pay special attention to the road signs, CCTV cameras and access cameras (they will show either a red/green light) in order to avoid receiving fines. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
